Each year, the Recognition of Special Effort (ROSE) award honors employees who go above and beyond—those who step up, make a difference, and inspire those around them. What makes this award even more special is that it is entirely peer-voted, highlighting the respect and appreciation these individuals have earned from their colleagues.
