Great West has served as the City of Billings primary solid waste engineer for nearly 25 years. Numerous projects have been completed including landfill expansions, closures, transfer facilities, scales, master planning, and storm water improvements. Great West also completed a solid waste management plan for the City which includes a permit application for expansion of the license boundary. Great West has also provided the City with operational assistance on a wide range of solid waste management issues. Master Plan Update (1993)
