Carter Chouteau County Water & Sewer District is pleased with our new water treatment system. It was a pleasure working with all involved. Great West Engineering, Bear Paw Development, Intermountain Construction, TSEP, WRDA, Montana Department of Natural Resources and Conservation, Drinking Water SRF, all came together and made this project a success. EPA and DEQ were also very good to work with and helped us in many ways to get our water system up to compliance. It was a team effort with very few problems.
